At this time, we offer shipping within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within:
1–3 business days
(excluding weekends & bank holidays)
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by Evri or third-party couriers
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Parcels marked “delivered” by Evri but not received (you may need to contact the courier directly)
However, if you experience any issue, please contact us — we will always try our best to help.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
✔ Photos of the damage
✔ Photo of the packaging
✔ Your order number
We will review the case and arrange a replacement if applicable.
Missed Deliveries / Return to Sender
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or the address was incorrect:
- A re-delivery fee will apply
We do not offer refunds for parcels returned due to customer error.
