We pride ourselves on offering natural, handmade, and fill-and-sell cosmetic products. Due to the nature of raw ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur. This is normal and not a defect.
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that:

5. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
All orders are shipped within the United Kingdom only.
Processing Time

Evri Next Day: 1 business day (orders placed before 12pm)
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Once dispatched, we are not responsible for courier delays, missed deliveries, or parcels marked as Delivered.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
14-Day Satisfaction Promise
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@naturafelicia.com.
Because our products are skincare items, we do not accept physical returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Instead, once your request is reviewed, we may offer one of the following resolutions, at our discretion:
• Personalised usage guidance
• A replacement product
• Store credit
• A refund (where appropriate)
Each request is assessed individually to ensure fairness for both our customers and our small-batch process.
Unused & Unopened Items
Unused, unopened products in their original condition and packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in resale-ready condition
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace or refund the item after review.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
